Fempire Foundry is a peer advisory circle for women founders, operators, and service-based business owners across SA. We meet once a month to trade real talk and real tools—pricing and cash-flow confidence, systems and SOPs, client experience, and brand growth. Each meeting includes a quick wins round, one “hot seat” for focused support, and a One Action commitment so momentum sticks between sessions. We keep it calm, kind, and high-impact: no performative hustle, no hard sells—just strategy, accountability, and community.
