About our Circle

  • Meets once a month
  • Looking for members

Employing a feminist approach to establishing a safe place to discuss the crucial role of our sociopolitical environments/challenges in our work, home life, and self-view as women physicians, the stigma attached to being seen as strong and ambitious if we speak up and submissive if we don't curtailing leadership opportunities; conversation about how workplace policies and leadership narrow down our roles and voices. Discussion about what we are doing about the barriers we still face, and what should be further done at individual and systemic levels. Putting our heads together and figuring out how we can use our voices to bring about change. It would also be an opportunity to utilize our voices to lift ourselves and our fellow women physicians.

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
