The FemaleStrong group is a Lean-In Circle dedicated to working women in the St. Charles County, Missouri area who are looking to network for career guidance and support in managing the demands of everyday life. Circles are small groups that meet regularly to share and learn together—like a book club focused on helping members achieve their goals. With FemaleStrong we want to attract a networking group of individuals who are: - Inclusive - Diverse - Open - Focused The goal of FemaleStrong is to be flexible in offering a monthly roundtable, maybe a brown-bag lunch series, or even a virtual meet-up when the weather isn't cooperating!
