Women Founders, This Lean In Circle is a community designed for women founders or planning on launching a startup or news business, and want to ask for advice, nurture each other and hold each other accountable. This is a safe space where we can share and be authentic, talk openly and support each other. We usually run interactive sessions where you will be able to share, ask and encourage each other. Let's connect every 3 weeks, on Mondays, at 7pm GMT+1 (WET) and 8 pm GMT+2 (CET). This Community started in Lisbon, but we have founders from all over the globe (Spain, Brazil, France, UK, among others) and we would love to invite you, wherever you are, to join us. In 2018, Europe had six women entrepreneurs (tech and non-tech) for every 10 men. The disparity was even greater in tech – only 5% of Europe’s tech founders were female.
