We are all terribly busy… and all juggling many different activities. We are operating in complex environments and still beating the odds! Lets see if we can make a little bit of time in between every thing else to have a 'circle', a platform, a dialogue... camaraderie (support if needed), share ideas, strategies….. This company is most certainly diverse, and very dynamic. I personally meet fascinating people every day, in between or during meetings, in the corridor. This ‘circle’ would provide a fantastic opportunity to get to know my ‘environment’. I am pretty sure I am not alone. As yet there is no Ericsson 'Lean-In' circle - lets form one!
