The Enterprising Women Organization (“EWO”), launched in October 2016, operates with a core mission to empower women in International Ethics in Compliance (“IEC”) and to drive a culture of inclusion within our organization and beyond. EWO actively advocates for women and their careers through networking and mentorship opportunities with a diverse group of associates. Our vision is for every woman to have the knowledge and resources available to achieve her own version of success. Past events have included distinguished speakers, book and article discussions, community outreach initiatives, and group lunches. EWO is chaired by Jennifer Buchanan and Lauren Brewer and is sponsored by Walmart International Ethics and Compliance.
