The Women's Fund Miami-Dade Enhancing Diversity in Girls Leadership Impact Network. This circle brings together organizations and community members to develop resources and promote diversity in girls leadership. We seek to give all girls a voice, acknowledging the differences as well as commonalities in girls' experiences. Furthermore, we seek to support and develop strong female leaders of diverse backgrounds to assist them in achieving their goals and reaching their full potential.
