Fostering a collaborative environment for female-identifying students in medical school. A safe space where women can share their unique experiences and gain advice from peers, older medical trainees, and attending mentors who have experience navigating these issues at different levels. This Lean-In Circle will allow medical students in their clinical years to discuss challenges with being on the wards as well as learn from female mentors who are further along in their careers to describe barriers that they have experienced or currently experience and strategies to overcome them. Ultimately, this discussion will allow female-identifying students to proactively think about these obstacles, determine ways to overcome them, and deliver effective care as a successful physician!
Networks connect groups of Circles and individuals that share a common location, company, affinity, industry, or interest area.

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.
We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
