The goals of the circle are to inspire, support, and empower early career faculty in leadership, professional development, and successful scholarly collaboration. This circle is open to women and men who are in the early stages of their academic career. In this group, challenges in achieving the above goals, directions, and strategies will be discussed. (Commitment and support by all members required. The maximum number of members is 8-10.)
