Meaning: Ductus Exemplo is Latin for "lead by example.” Motto: "Exemplo plus quam ratione vivimus" which means "we live more by example than by reason". Vision: To empower women and men to live by example, so that they inspire others to move towards actions that will positively influence and transform their lives and the lives of those the interact with. Mission: The circle's mission is to lead women and men by offering guidance, support and resources to assist them in becoming exemplary examples of leadership within their families, professions, and communities.
