This Circle is designed as a forum to: a. Get senior leads across the business to regularly hear from the wider organisation about diversity, inclusion and representation issues they face b. Hear from external speakers who have affected real change in their organisations relating to diversity, inclusion and representation c. Form actions based on the learnings that can be quickly implemented The group is open to anyone - ideally a split that is 2/3rd GLG members, 1/3rd broad representation from across the organisation. This will run as an early-evening group each month from 5pm - 7pm and include drinks.
