The LeanIn Circle - Diversity in Change aims to encourage a diverse change profession in Jersey, initially focusing on gender balance and ultimately broadening the focus to age, race/ ethnicity, sexuality and disability. Working with likeminded people (of all genders), organisations and groups on the Island we aim to drive positive change around diversity, including holding events to inform, educate and build a strong network of likeminded people.
