Temporarily inactive --- As women working in technology and digital worlds, we tend to be quite often in situations where we are the single lady in the room. It is also well known that having a sense of belonging helps a person to get more confidence to go further. This is the goal of this circle, to have our "tribe" in Cologne, a place where we can talk about the soft and hard skills, which will help us to reach our professional goals. In our meetings we will share and learn about two big areas: non-technical and technical topics. As non-technical topics: we will learn tools about leadership, influencing, negotiation, among others. As the technical topics: we will learn from the different areas that come into play when we work within cross-functional teams, UX, UI design, strategy, development, project management, among others.
