About our Circle

  • Looking for members

When my daughter got into drugs I got more depressed as the years went by and we took her two babies from her and she continued to do the same. My husband was busy at work and not taking any notice of how I felt. Well this year I tried to take my life because my kids are my world. I just wanted the thought of her getting back into drugs for the 9 Th year I could not handle any more and I snapped. I want to talk to people that have depression that they have bad thought. You can get out of it without drugs or suicide it is possible. But I had to go away for 4 days in the hospital to find that out. I want my circle to help mentally depressed people to not go the route I had to because we can talk about it between friends. Have a good conversation between our small group and feel good about ourselves. It really helps to tell a friend how you feel. I wish I had a group to go to all these years and I didn't. I tried my doctor they are so busy they say go home and take a pill. Then you try and get a psychologist nope none available. So it's a visious circle that we can make a difference.

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
