Our people and our culture are critical to achieving our V2020 ambition. To grow our business and drive down complexity we must continue to improve our talent density and retain ALL of our best talent – whilst still maintaining our unique culture of achievement based on merit; where we reward and recognise people based on their performance, not only their experience. One way to improve our talent density is to develop a more systematic approach to improve our retention rate of women at the middle manager and senior levels in RB to more closely mirror the population of women in our business. Outputs of DARE: - Reduce the ‘drop off rate’ of our women colleagues in middle manager and senior roles in all functions. - Ensure a better flow through of talented women to senior roles in all functions. - Strengthen RB’s culture
