The circles are created in each Country where RB operates in order to create a network opportunity for women with the purpose to support each other and learn from each other to develop, attract, retain and engage talented women at RB. Empowering our women and closing the gender leadership gap is imperative for RB and this is where the DARE Lean In circles come in. These networks and the content of the meetings will help our talented women to develop critical skills and, as a result, we expect to reduce the drop-off rate of women in top roles.
