A Lean In Circle for women, and men if interested, to connect with and support each other to grow professionally, to make positive changes in their lives and to talk openly about gender issues. Lean In Circles use the power of peer support to help people working together in small groups (8-12 members) to be more confident and effective. At our first meeting (late May 2016) we will agree on how we want to run the circle - what's important is that we get together regularly and that everyone participates. This Circle will meet in person at the Macquarie Park office and is part of the CSC Sydney Lean In Circle Chapter which is affiliated with CSC Women in Leadership. We are working on establishing groups at other CSC office locations and also online groups for remote workers.
Networks connect groups of Circles and individuals that share a common location, company, affinity, industry, or interest area.
