The co-gender circle brings together a diverse group of people within Coronation who want to share ideas and openly discuss how best to achieve personal and professional goals, allowing us to better relate to – and understand – one another.
Coronation Lean In provides an open, collaborative space for the men and women of Coronation to share insights, experiences, and lessons in a small group format. The co-gender initiative improves the way colleagues relate to one another and supports Coronation's efforts to encourage warm, open and productive conversations in the workplace. Most importantly, the programme provides a sounding board and support system for each employee. The circle brings together a diverse group of people within Coronation who want to share ideas and openly discuss how best to achieve personal and professional goals, allowing us to better relate to – and understand – one another. As part of Coronation Lean In, we host external speaker events which are open to all staff. Our external speaker each deliver unique insights into how they navigate the often choppy waters of life and career.
