The Confident Leadership Circle is for anyone in leadership, interested in leadership, or has left leadership who would like to re-enter leadership and feel effective and confident. This will be a safe space to discuss challenges for women in leadership and understand how socialization by the Patriarchy hold women back in leadership internally and externally as well as understand how men have been socialized in the Patriarchy to have beliefs about women in leadership. We will work on strategies and mindset to take back control and not feel like you are in constant need of fixing everything for your team 24/7.
