A Conestoga Circle is a group of 10 to 12 peers who meet monthly to explore professional topics and exchange personal experiences in an atmosphere of confidentiality and trust. Our goal is that every time a Circle meets, members are learning together or from each other—many times, both will be true. Monthly Circle meetings reflect these dual priorities, alternating between what we call Education and Exploration meetings.
