Our mission
Colourful Voices exists to amplify, connect, and empower. We are here to create a safe, courageous space for Women of Colour to share experiences, celebrate identity, and strengthen confidence — while welcoming allies who are committed to listening, learning, and standing beside us. We believe that the time is now to move beyond awareness into action. Through dialogue, storytelling, and collective support, we aim to challenge barriers, break bias, and build belonging in every space.
Colourful Voices is a Lean In Circle created for Women of Colour in L&D, Talent & HR and the allies that stand beside us. Our goal is to amplify underrepresented voices, build a supportive community, and create a safe space for honest conversations about identity, inclusion, and belonging. Through shared stories, allyship, and action, we’ll lean into the challenges and opportunities of navigating work and life as Women of Colour — and together, we’ll explore how allies can play a vital role in driving real change. This Circle is about more than dialogue — it’s about connection, confidence, and collective growth.
