Welcome to the Cognizant Lean In Chapter! So why the bizarre picture? Well I think it encapsulates what we are all about....dynamic, forward looking, progressive and supportive. We started as a circle but are now broadening out to support more of our colleagues in the UK and globally. Our mission is the same; it is about inspiring each other; creating a forum to share war stories and successes, discuss challenges in a supportive environment, seek and provide advice on career goals and aspirations, trade views on the infamous work-life balance and ultimately creating a shared voice to increase understanding and embed positive change. How do we plan to do this? By arranging regular get-togethers to discuss and debate pertinent topics, sharing information, providing access to a likeminded group for advice and counsel and of course exploiting opportunities to celebrate what we have, or are about to, achieve :) We are just starting out - so looking forward to collaborating with you all to make this a success!
