This circle is an initiative for stellar women programmers at IGDTUW to develop their coding prowess and technological development skills through peer-to-peer mentorship. Objectives of this circle can be broadly summarized as below: 1. A platform to learn and grow together with fellow programmers. 2. To develop coding prowess and build strong computer science fundamentals, for example, data structures, algorithms etc. 3. To stay updated with the current trends in the tech world. 4. To build confidence and team-leadership skills. 5. To lead by example and inspire other women programmers to pursue their dreams with willingness, hard-work and persistence. 6. To develop exciting projects by learning latest technological skills
