Our Group Goals are: 1-DEFEAT IMPOSTER SYNDROME Feel more confident in decision making | Be okay with risking failure Build a network I can lean on and bounce ideas off of Stop Doubting | Start Doing 2 - TAKE ACTION Take consistent actions for my business Know my goals/dreams/next steps | Declare them | Be bold Reach for the stretch promotion | Without self-doubt Get the certification | Do something I've always envisioned 3 - FIND BALANCE Maintain work/life balance | Seek accountability
