Our goal as a group is to support and encourage each other through networking and meeting, but most importantly to empower the young ladies of our community in the CMSD district with the help of the Lean In Girls program. Showing the future women leaders within our community the potential they hold within them despite their circumstances, or what people say. The girls within our community will benefit from empowered women like us showing them the potential they hold.
