A network of 11 executive-level women doing business in Cincinnati, Ohio. The group will have mixed representation from major corporations & independent business. The primary focus will be the advancement of the careers of the women in the group and to raise each participant’s ability to contribute within their respective companies. Women in the network commit to understanding each of the other women and helping them professionally progress through honest, authentic feedback and coaching. Individuals must be willing to support others and be supported. Each participant must have a willingness to use the power of numbers to show up and advocate along with leveraging their respective broader networks.
