Calling band 4 and band 5 people managers who are looking to create a tribe of allies for women in the workplace. Let's do away with the perception of women not supporting other women and lift each other up! We will find ways to publicly and privately celebrate the success of other women. We will discuss the habits of women apologizing, differing to others, allowing to be interrupted, not speaking up...and how we break them. We will be open, honest, vulnerable and inspirational! This will be a safe space where we share, learn, and grow into even more powerful leaders than we already are!
