The Charles Schwab Operational Services Lean In Circle brings together a small group of strong female leaders (Senior Manager through Managing Director) across all Ops locations who are committed to serving the Schwab client's needs with passion and integrity. The group leverages various educational videos/books/publications for discussion and shares professional and personal challenges and successes, in support of their mutual development and success. The group was established in 2013 and meets bi-monthly in an atmosphere of confidentiality and trust.
