This circle is for women currently in leadership positions and women on deck to lead. The goal is to build a network of female professionals that empowers each other and prepares the next generation. Activities of this group will include sharing experiences, discussing the behavioral sciences and reading/discussing relevant books. Our focus will be to develop an understanding of (while brainstorming solutions for) the unique challenges faced by women in business.
