CDE Lean In circle will focus on empowerment, support and encouragement of CDE female employees. Our goal is to assist women to become the best they can be. We want women to stand together, support each other and pick each other up. Our circle is a safe place, where we can confidently speak about challenges we face and discuss collectively ways to overcome these. This is a platform where we can learn from each other, provide peer-to-peer support and expand networking opportunities.
