Casablanca is becoming THE financial capital of Africa attracting an increasing amount of investments from across the world as the gateway to both Europe and Africa. This circle has the goal to become the Facebook for female businesswomen, development workers, doctors and teachers that want to perform at their best. Especially for a country such as Morocco, women are hardly seen as leaders by other women let alone men. Therefore, we first need to empower each other before demanding the opposite sex to acknowledge our leadership. By empowering each other as women, we lead by example rather than screaming out loud about all the challenges that Moroccan women face on the work floor. This club has the primary goal to support each other and other girls/ women in our society. Ambition is not necessarily seen as "attractive" in women. We need to stand up for our ambitions and bring ambition in a positive light.
