How many times have you been turned down by your dream company only because you are an international student, so something extra called “sponsorship” is needed? And how many times you’ve struggled to be a driving force in finance, marketing, banking, consulting as a “non-STEMer”, but you just don’t have the “STEM” background to leverage to break in.
