Our mission
Our mission is to encourage, empower, and learn from each other as we grow in our careers and lives. This circle is a safe and supportive space to question assumptions, think creatively, challenge each other, and help each other grow. Women at any age and career stage are welcome.
A circle for forward thinking women whose career, business, and life are in growth mode. We meet online to chat about our goals, learn from each other, share growth strategies, network, and vent in a safe, supportive space. We set our own agenda. Occasionally we invite guest speakers. Sometimes we meet for a drink or a brunch. CIRCLE GROUND RULES · Trust and Confidentiality: What we share in the circle stays within the circle. Our meetings are not recorded and AI notetakers are not allowed. · Participation: Active participation is key to our circle’s success. During meetings, members are expected to have their cameras on, to share openly and honestly, and to listen to other members with empathy and understanding. · Civility: We recognize and respect that we all have different backgrounds and world · Non-solicitation: Marketing of any product or service is not allowed.
