Chico, California is in need of a good businesswomen's group that meets on a monthly basis offering leadership, support, direction, education, networking, and many other benefits of a strong "women in business" group offers. Chico is a growing metropolis of startups, and more women are starting business than ever before. There needs to be a place women can network in a caddy-free environment, and encourage and empower each other to succeed. It doesn’t matter what field of business you’re in, each member will benefit in their profession with what Lean In has to offer regarding leadership and empowerment. The Business Women's Society is looking for dynamic, motivated businesswomen who want to grow personally and professionally, and make a difference in our community.
