A braintrust is a group of people who advise a leader, especially with planning and strategy. This braintrust is a circle of Sr. manager, Director or VP leaders who want to help each other break through a barrier to get to the next level. This can includes things like feedback on resumes, introductions to influencers, sharing insights from our coaches or just giving each other 'straight talk' feedback in a safe environment. Our goal is to build each other up and crystallize our goals as we each walk a path to the next step in our lives. We'll meet every 2 weeks in person and on line as needed to support each other with one meeting in the month being more social and the second having a focused agenda.
