The name of this circle uses a metaphor to express all the invisible limitations that we live through our work life. This means stereotypes regarding: gender, sexual identity, religion, leadership, among others. This circle is a safe space to recognize and overcome those limitations and to support each other in order to develop the necessary skills to reach our potential. The main topics to discuss will be: • Decision making • Negotiation • Networking • Self- confidence • Resilience Directed to: women and LGBTQI employees and their supporters.
