Inspired by Sheryl Sandberg's book and a desire to connect with like-minded working women, Bozeman Lean in Circle is born. We are a group of supportive, career women, many of whom work at home or independently and many in technology. We meet once/month on the first Friday of the month at noon. We take turns facilitating discussions and exercises on work/life balance, goal-setting, work challenges and life planning. We also try to get a social event on the calendar between sessions to get to know each other better in a less structured setting. Interested in our group? We invite new members twice a year to join us for a welcoming session and in between those sessions, we "close" the group and work on getting to know each other. If you'd like to get information on upcoming sessions for new members (July and January), please submit your request to join in the circle and we'll let you know when to join in.
We’re always looking for new members. Join today to be a part of Lean In’s global community.
Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.
We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
