The Leadership Development Office has designed a new program to deliver in Spring Quarter: Booth Women Lead(HER)ship. This program aspires to equip first-year Booth women with an elevated sense of self, enhanced leadership identity, and strengthened community network in preparation for their summer experiences. Comprised of three experiential modules and two small group coaching sessions, Booth Women Lead(HER)ship moves beyond reflection and lecture to help women understand the strengths they bring to their environments and how those environments shape their view of these very talents. Booth Women Lead(HER)ship will be hosted on three Sundays throughout the spring in a variety of spaces across the city, with group coaching being held at Harper Center.
