Grow your voice. This circle was born after Cut It! the first workshop about Impostor Syndrome in Milan. Organized with the support of Lean In Milan in January 2020, the workshop was focused on how to cut that tiny voice that sometimes tells us that we are not enough, and that makes us feel like a fraud. This circle is a blossom of that experience: it aims at making our voice, awareness and strength, growing bigger. Together. Because Impostor Syndrome affects both women and men, in many different ways, this circle is open to everybody: sharing experiences will be our soil and trust our sun and water. We strongly believe together is better!
