Lean In Circle at Blizzard Entertainment - Jennifer Hauer, Circle Lead Jennifer is the Senior Director of Business Operations for Team 2. In this role, she does lots of cool things. And she can’t believe she has a job this awesome where she gets to work with such talented, passionate people who make such an incredible game that means so much to so many people (including herself). Before Blizzard, Jennifer spent almost 15 years in various positions at Time Warner and Time Warner Cable and a couple as a consultant for McKinsey & Co. And before that was many years in college that resulted in a PhD in Biochemistry. You may have seen her around campus as the person attached to Ripley, the Golden Retriever.
