Black Women in Management is a circle that I created to discuss the growth of not only women in corporate America but also Black women in the corporate arena. My goal for this circle is to shed light on inclusive training and leadership in the workplace, training on diversity awareness, achieving women equality in the workplace, and what racial equity looks like in the workplace.
