Welcome to Black Women In Leadership at ITV' - to empower black women working within ITV to develop their leadership skills, and work towards their personal and professional goals. Sharing ideas, achieving ambitions, learning new skills, building new connections, expanding networks and feeling more connected to peers across the company. This Lean In Circle will also provide an opportunity for participants who identify as black and female from the ITV Rise programme and colleagues across the business - aspiring and working towards their first management or leadership role, to continue sharing their experiences and growth following the programme. Further unpacking and putting into action, the array of skills, knowledge and tools gained throughout the programme, to build race confidence, promote minority ethnic talent progression and accelerate inclusive cultural change. Exploring topics which focus on breaking down barriers and challenges faced by black women in the workplace.
