The vision for BWC is that it will serve to be a place where Black Women in Ministry feel safe, can find direction, true Sisterhood, the ability to trust God enough to move forward in their call, and that it will be a place where God opens up to all the Truth of their purpose. Every called Servant in God's Kingdom is unique. We pray that BWC will come together in such a way that it will become an alliance of Sisters-in-Christ seeking growth, Godly wisdom, validation, etc. Let us pray that it be so.
