Our main objective is to empower each other to achieve our ambitions by seeking advice and gaining new skills. Together, we are able to develop more confidence and to accomplish more.
This is a Circle for (working) Black Women living in Switzerland who want to empower each other by sharing their experience and knowledge regarding the different career and workplace challenges faced by Black Women in the corporate world. Our main objective is to empower each other to achieve our ambitions by seeking advice and gaining new skills. Together, we are able to develop more confidence and to accomplish more. We shall meet once a month at the beginning or end of the month - tbd. Each member will commit to one action to do before the next meeting and update the group on it.
