Our mission
We are an inclusive Black, Indigenous, and People Of Color (BIPOC) group for women that seek to empower one another without judgement creating an unconditional circle of sharing.
Black, Indigenous, and People of Color In Oil And Gas is for women only and a place where we can come together to share our experiences of our professional and yes personal (because sometimes what happens in the workplace is personal) life journey in the Oil and Gas Industry. We seek to empower each other through our sharing in a safe place that will allow us to push through and achieve our goals (whatever they may be) as well as help each other through it all. Our circle will allow us to: laugh, cry, smile, shake our heads, scream, listen, vent, disagree/agree and most important support each other in an environment that you will be seen in. We acknowledge our accomplishments and challenges because that's part of the growth package.
We’re always looking for new members. Join today to be a part of Lean In’s global community.
Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.
We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
