About our Circle

  • Meets once a month

The Bellevue Lean In Chapter enthusiastically welcomes women of all experiences and backgrounds to talk about the real issues women face today in the workplace and problem solve by leveraging others' experiences and input. Our supportive circle will meet about once a month to empower each other and learn new skills on a variety of topics ranging from how to succeed in what you're how to embark upon something. One of the biggest benefits of our circle is making personal connections with women in our community. When women support women, together we go further and faster. Our values: Confidentiality: Trust is critical. What happens in our Circle stays in our Circle. Communication: Commit to sharing openly and honestly—and to listen with empathy. Commitment: Invest your best in our circle's success - it takes all of us. We are better together.

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
