Baldwin County Lean-In is for professional women who can be empowering and supportive of each other in advancing our careers and personal lives. Members should be in their 40's and 50's, working and/or living in the Baldwin County area. One goal is to learn how to maneuver in and around the Good ol’ boy network. We can band together where we feel safe to ask questions, share ideas, encourage action and learn from one another’s experiences.
