Athena Talks is a global series in SF, HCM and HN aiming to raise women’s voice about women issues. As a woman and a female leader, I often find it hard to be the only woman in a room full of men. I believe that the true path to achieve gender equality is to invite men in the discussion of oftentimes mislabeled “angry feminists”, as both women and men suffer from misogyny and sexism. Like the Greek Goddess of wisdom and beauty Athena, Athena Talks is soft but strong, modern yet timeless, confident, freeing.
