Our mission
We aim to energise, empower and engage each other to challenge the personal and professional hurdles we face in our career development and to develop the skills we need to reach our professional potential in the long-term.
This Circle is for those who already have some years of professional work experience and are now in junior to middle management positions. We seek to develop skills that will help us in our progression towards more senior leadership roles and be better colleagues. We hope to engage with external speakers to cover a range of soft-skills development, such as creative facilitation, unconscious bias and negotiation, depending on the interests of the group. The Circle will also be an opportunity to develop a support network at work and a place for peer-to-peer mentoring.
