I've found there are many introverts in technology, and some times it's difficult to pull ideas and conversations from such individuals. I am one of those individuals. I think it would be helpful to talk about the differences, how to identify our personality through a personality test, how to create small talk if you are an introvert, how to take a leap if you find it challenging being an introvert, so forth. We’ll always reference a book or video on the topic of the month.
